Shipping policy
When will I receive my order?
We currently ship from local warehouses in the US and UK, and our fulfillment network also reaches Canada and Mexico.
Once you place an order, please allow 1 business day for us to prep it for shipping. From there, standard delivery takes:
- US: 3–5 business days
- UK: 2–4 business days
- Canada: 6–11 business days
- Mexico: 6–11 business days

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping rates vary by region:
- US: $4.95, free on orders $25+
- UK: £3.50, free on orders £22+
- Canada: $26–$38, no free shipping threshold
- Mexico: $28–$41, no free shipping threshold
Please note that shipping rates may occasionally change due to carrier pricing and promotions. Please refer to the product page and the final shipping cost shown at checkout for the most accurate pricing.
Do you offer international shipping?
We'd love to get our products into your hands wherever you are! Right now, our local warehouses reach the US, UK, Canada, and Mexico, and we're continuously expanding to new locations.
